Simple securities accounts
The simple securities account allows the holder to buy, sell and hold securities (Shares and/or Bonds) from the WAEMU financial market. A cash account is systematically attached to it.
Retirement Savings
The Securities Account for Supplementary Retirement Savings allows you to save through capitalization in preparation for retirement. It entitles the Client to open an account funded monthly, from the date of signing the account agreement until retirement. The capital thus constituted will be invested in financial products in order to increase the client's assets. The accumulated capital and the interest and/or dividends generated may be withdrawn upon retirement in the form of a periodic annuity or a single lump sum payment. The account belongs solely to the client who is entitled to carry out transactions. However, it is possible to give power of attorney to a person to carry out transactions on this securities account. In the event of death, the capital and interest and/or dividends will be paid to a designated beneficiary or to the estate.
Study Savings
The Student Savings Securities Account allows you to save for the studies of a single Beneficiary and gives the right to open an account in his name. This account is funded on an ad hoc or periodic basis by the Beneficiary's Guardian, from the date of signing the account agreement until the Beneficiary reaches the age of majority. The capital thus constituted will be invested in financial products in order to increase the beneficiary's assets. This account is under the responsibility of the minor's legal representative, who is the only person authorized to operate it. However, it is possible to give power of attorney to a person to carry out transactions on this securities account.
Management under mandate
Mandate Management is a service by which you delegate to ABCO the management of a portfolio of securities according to predefined criteria such as your investor profile, your investment horizon, your risk tolerance level, your investment objective.
In order to achieve your investment objectives, ABCO will carry out, with complete autonomy and in strict compliance with ethical rules, any negotiation of shares and bonds listed on the BRVM and/or treasury bills and bonds of WAEMU countries on the money market.
